Browsing photos in Photo Express
In Photo Express, you start by opening a folder of photos that you want to edit. This referred to as “Browsing for Folders”.
To browse to a folder of photos that you want to edit
1 Do one of the following:
• Click File > Open.
• Click the Show/Hide Navigation button on the Organizer palette.
2 In the Navigation palette, click Browse More Folders to navigate to a folder of photos, or choose a folder already in the Folders list.
The images in the selected folder appear in the Organizer palette at the bottom of the workspace.
It is recommended that you work from the Collections tab in the Navigation palette. It lets you take full advantage of tags and ratings when you want to find and sort photos because the files accessed here are cataloged (indexed). You can add or remove folders from the Collections page at any time. The Computer tab lets you access the photos on your computer without cataloging them for future reference.
