Roxio File Converter Advanced settings
Roxio File Converter is designed to be a quick and easy file conversion tool that optimizes the converted files based on the original sources files and the basic settings that you choose. For specific conversion requirements, you can adjust the settings in the Advanced settings area. Note that the settings available depend on the file type.
Video settings
n Resolution: Lets you choose from a list of common video resolutions. Changing this setting can affect the quality and aspect ratio of the video, so choose with care.
n Frame Rate: Measured in fps (frames per second), this setting determines the speed at which frames are displayed. The faster the frame rate, the smoother the playback and the larger the video file.
n Bitrate: Lets you choose a kbps setting (kilobits per second). This data transfer speed setting affects video quality. Higher values result in larger files that have better quality (depending on the source file and playback medium).
Video settings: GIF
n Size: Lets you set the resolution (in pixels) for the individual images in the animated GIF. To maintain the aspect ratio, click the Lock icon before you type a new size and press Enter.
n Photo Quality: Lets you choose a quality setting. Higher settings produce a larger file that is suitable for larger screens; lower settings product a smaller file suitable for smaller screens and faster loading.
Image settings

n Photo Quality: Lets you choose a quality setting. Higher settings produce a larger file that is suitable for larger screens and printing; lower settings product a smaller file suitable for smaller screens and faster loading.
Audio settings
n Sampling Rate: Lets you choose from a list of audio sampling rates (measured in kHz).
