Select/Edit Content
This dialog lets you choose which Smart Objects will appear in your project. Each project type has its own list of Smart Objects that can be selected.
n Project Type: Select a project type (Audio, Data, Video).
Select Smart Objects to show in the current layout:
n Artist: You can put the artist’s name on the label.
n Background: You can choose either a Roxio predefined background or create one of your own. You can import graphics or photos to use as backgrounds. Sometimes the online database carries the original artwork for audio CDs and DVDs; you can use these as backgrounds as well.
n Chapter List: The names and running times of the chapters on your disc.
n Content Illustration: You can sometimes access the original artwork for a disc; Label Creator can fill this in along with the rest of the Smart Objects.
n Content Media Type Icon: To distinguish your discs from one another, you can put the type of media on the label (audio, movie, photos, etc.)
n Copyright: The copyright information from the original disc.
n Date: You can inscribe your disc with the current date or choose another date from the drop-down list.
n Description: You can enter a description of the disc content.
n Disc Type Icon: The type of disc (audio, DVD, data, mini disc).
n Disc Volume Label: Same as Disc Name in other Roxio components, you can use any name you want for your disc.
n File/Folder List: A list of the files and folders on a Data disc.
n Logo: You can sometimes access the original logo for a disc; Label Creator can fill this in along with the rest of the Smart Objects
n Overspan Disc Number: If your data spans more than one disc, you can label each one of the set.
n Picture Index: Thumbnails of the images on the disc.
n Serial Number: You can add a different serial number to each printed copy.
n Title: The title of your audio CD or DVD.
n Track List: The names and running times of the audio tracks on your disc.
