Creating Custom Views from search results
Follow this procedure to create a Custom View based on a search. The Custom View is dynamic; if new media files meet the search criteria, they are automatically added to this Custom View.
To create a Custom View from search results:
1 On the Options Bar, click More.
The Advanced Search dialog box appears.
2 Enter search criteria.
3 Click Search. Media Selector searches for files that match the search criteria. The results appear in the Search Results area.
4 Click Save as New Custom View.
The Save your last search query as a new Custom View dialog box opens.
5 Enter a name for the Custom View and then click Save.
