Converting Media : Changing Advanced Convert Options
Changing Advanced Convert Options
Most the time, you can retain the default options for video and audio conversion. However, if you have specific conversion requirements, you can access the Advanced video and audio conversion options to set preferred settings for frame rates, resolution, key frames, sample rates, channels, and more. The options available depend on the source material that you are converting.
To change Advanced options for video
In the Output Settings area of Easy File Converter, click the Advanced button, and change any of the following options before you convert your video files:
Video Format: If there are format sub-categories for the Device or Format setting you chose, you can select the exact format here.
Data Rate: Measured in kbps (kilobytes per second), this setting determines the bit rate for your video.
Image Size: Specifies the resolution for your video (size of individual image frames). For example 1920 x 1080 pixels is a standard HD resolution setting.
Frame Rate: Measured in fps (frames per second), this setting determines the speed at which frames are displayed. The faster the frame rate, the smoother the playback and the larger the video file.
Key Frame: Lets you choose how often a key frame is set.
Audio Format: Lets you choose an audio format for your video.
Data Rate: Measured in kbps (kilobytes per second), this setting determines the bit rate for your audio.
Channels: Choose between Stereo (L,R), Mono, and other applicable options.
Output Sample Rate: Typically set to 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz, the sample rate can be adjusted if you have specific output in mind. For example, if your source files have a high sample rate, you can retain a high sample rate for the new format. Higher sample rates create larger files.

Sample Size: This is a bit rate setting and is typically set to 16 or 24 bit. If you have a special output in mind, you can adjust the bit rate for the converted files.
