Exporting tracks to a file
To export tracks to file:
1 In the Output Tracks area, click Export Tracks.
The Export selected tracks dialog box appears.
2 In the Output settings drop-down list, select one of the following file formats:
n WAV: Windows Audio File
n MP3 (good quality): MP3 file with a compression rate of 192 Kbps
n MP3 (low quality): MP3 file with a compression rate of 96 Kbps
n WMA (good quality): Windows Media Audio file with a compression rate of 128 Kbps
n WMA (low quality): Windows Media Audio file with a compression rate of 64 Kbps
n iPod AAC good quality: M4A file with a compression rate of 128 Kbps.
n Custom: This option lets you customize settings such as file format and compression rate. To define your custom settings, click Edit (see the following step).
3 Optional: To define custom settings, click Edit. The Output Settings dialog box appears. For more information about file format settings, click Help in the dialog box.
4 In the Save to box, specify the path and folder in which you want to save the files, or click Browse to search for a folder.
5 Click Export to save the tracks as a file.
A progress indicator appears as the tracks are exported. When the export is complete, you are returned to the LP and Tape Assistant.
6 To close the LP and Tape Assistant, click Finish.
