Changing where video effects start and end
You can control where a video effect starts and ends. For example, you could apply a video effect to a panel and then and set the effect start point and effect end point so that the effect is only seen between those two points.
To adjust the start or end position of a video effect:
1 Make sure you are viewing the Settings for a video effect.
2 To change where the effect begins, drag the Effect Start marker to the new position.
3 To change where the effect ends, drag the Effect End marker to the new position.
Tip: For finer control, use the Preview controls to display the frame where you want the effect to start or end, and click Set Start Time or Set End Time.
