Starting Roxio Retrieve

Choose one of the following ways to start Roxio Retrieve:

n Insert any of the following that was recorded using Creator Classic into your drive:

n Any one disc of a Multi-disc Data Project disc set

n An encrypted disc

Note: If Auto-run is disabled and the Roxio Retrieve window does not appear, you can start Roxio Retrieve by double‑clicking the Launch_Retrieve.exe file included on the disc.

The Roxio Retrieve Window appears.

Note: If you are retrieving data from an encrypted disc and there is no activity for more than 10 minutes, the Roxio Retrieve session will expire and you will be required to re-enter the password to continue.
