Fading audio in and out with the Audio Editor

You can make an audio clip or native audio track fade in and out at any time during the audio.

To fade the audio in and out in the Audio Editor:

1 Open the Audio Editor for the audio clip you want to edit (see Opening the Audio Editor).

2 Select the Fade In (or Fade Out) check box, and then click Plus (+) or Minus (-) to set the fade in (or fade out) time.

Tip: You can also type the numbers.

3 Click OK.
