Adding your own file as an overlay

You can also use your own photo or video file as an overlay.

To use your own photo or video file as an overlay:

1 To add an overlay to the entire production, make sure you are in Edit Production mode. To add it to an item, make sure you are in Edit Item mode.

Tip: To change the mode, click Internal Tracks on the Production Editor toolbar.

2 Click Show Media Selector.

3 In the Media Selector, browse to the file you want to use as an overlay.

4 Drag the file onto the Preview window.

The file is added as an overlay.

5 Click the overlay to drag it to the desired position, and drag the red bounding box to resize it.
