Adding overlays
You can add a predefined overlay to individual items or to an entire production.
To add a predefined overlay to an individual item:
1 In the Production Editor, click the item to which you want to add the overlay.
2 In the Add Content area, click Add Overlay.
Tip: To filter the thumbnails by category, choose a category from the drop-down list.
To see a preview of the overlay, click the Play button in the lower right corner of the thumbnail.
3 Select the overlay and click OK.
4 Click Insert on internal overlay track of selected panel and click OK.
The overlay is added to the item, and the item is displayed in Edit Item view.
5 Click Done in the Production Editor to return to editing the entire production.
To apply an overlay to an entire production:
1 In the Add Content area, click Add Overlay.
The Add Overlay dialog box appears.
Tip: To filter the thumbnails by category, choose a category from the drop-down list.
To see a preview of the overlay, click the Play button in the lower right corner of the thumbnail.
2 Select the overlay and click OK.
