Creating motion with the Pan & Zoom Editor
The Pan & Zoom Editor lets you create the illusion of physical camera motion across a photo or video clip in any of these ways:
n Preset: Provides a collection of automatic zoom and pan effects.
n Advanced: Allows you to apply advanced motion effects using key frames. (A key frame is a frame for which you define properties such as the amount of zoom and the focus position.) During the time between the key frames, Pan & Zoom Editor gradually changes the effect settings from the settings defined in the first key frame to the settings defined in the second key frame.
For example, you could use the Pan & Zoom Editor to make a documentary-style effect where the shot begins with a close-up on a photo, then slowly moves outward to the left until the entire photo is revealed.
