Animating text
You can use the Advanced Settings to animate the way the text appears in and moves out of an item. For example, you can have the text scroll through the item like movie credits, or have the text appear to fly into and then out of the item.
To animate text in a production:
1 Select the text you want to change.
2 If the Settings panel is not already open, click More Settings on the Preview area toolbar.
3 Click the Motion tab on the Settings panel.
4 In the Start Path area, select one of the following animations options for the start of the text effect, and then select a Style.
n Still: Select this option to have the text remain in one position.
n Fly: Select this option to have the text appear to fly in.
n Scroll: Select this option to have the text scroll like credits. If you select the scroll option for the Start Path, you cannot select an End Path option.

5 In the End Path area, select one of the following animation options for the end of the text effect, and then select a Style:
n Still: Select this option to have the text remain in one position.
n Fly: Select this option to have the text appear to fly out.
