Activating hot keys
The Hotkeys feature in Disc Image Loader lets you load a disc image file into an emulated drive by using a sequence of keyboard commands. This is useful for fast swapping of disc image files into emulated drives.
Note: The Hotkeys feature works only when you have the Disc Image Loader open, either in full mode, or in the taskbar.
To activate the Hotkeys feature:
1 Add a disc image file to the list in Disc Image List.
2 In the Disc Image List, right-click the disc image file, and choose Properties.
The Image Properties dialog box appears.
3 In the Enter Hotkey box, press the Ctrl key or the Shift key followed by a keystroke.
4 Click Select Drive and select a drive from the list.
5 Click OK to close the Image Properties dialog box.
When you press the sequence of keystrokes specified in these steps, Disc Image Loader will automatically load this disc image file into the selected drive.
For example, if you create a hot key Ctrl-R for a disc image file containing a game, and assign this disc image file to emulated drive H:, each time you press Ctrl-R on your keyboard, Disc Image Loader will automatically load this game into drive H:.
Note: Disc Image Loader does not support circumvention of copy protected discs.
To clear Hotkeys from a disc image file:
