Changing where a text effect starts and ends
You can control where a text effect starts and ends within a photo, video clip, color panel, or production. For example, a text effect can start two seconds after a video clip starts, and end two seconds before the video clip ends.
To adjust the start or end position of a text effect:
1 Select the text object you want to adjust. A bounding box appears around the text effect object.
2 To change where the effect begins, drag the Effect Start marker to the new position.
3 To change where the effect ends, drag the Effect End marker to the new position.
Tip: For finer control, use the Preview controls to display the frame where you want the effect to start or end, and click Set Start Time or Set End Time.
